One of the most common questions asked of real estate agents by the general public is "when is the best time to buy?" or "When is the best time to sell?"

There is only one answer to both of the questions...... Now!

Now is always the best time to be buying because no matter what time it is you'll never get property cheaper than "right now".

Think of your own home - when was the best time to buy that home? Would you like to pay the amount your home may be worth today? Would it have been better to buy your home earlier than the time you did?

You see, property prices are generally always on the up so the best time to be buying is always as soon as you can afford to do so...hence now is the time!

Now is also the best time to be selling for similar reasons. Obviously the longer we hold our property the more it increases in value so based on this theory we'd all just live in the same place forever and never sell. Unfortunately life has a way of getting in the way doesn't it. Sometimes we need or want to move house.

If you have made the decision to sell the best time to do it is "now". There's no point holding off from making your life happen because you're worried about when the best time is to sell. The best time will always be now! when you're ready make your move and pick a quality agent to help you.
